I hope you all had a relaxing long weekend!! Take a look at these cute "Halloween People" aren't they adorable? I think your children are too. The school year is zipping by and we are already learning place value in math in preparation for double digits. Whew! I hope your little one is practicing his/her math facts because they are becoming very important to know.
   In Reading Street we are set to begin Unit 2 and some brand-new questions. I love the great vocabulary we are learning!
   Second Grade Weekly Study Skills

Below are the skills and vocabulary we will be working on for the next 5 days.  (*Please note: our literacy lessons are based on 5-day plans that may or may not align with a M-F schedule.
