Stay Warm!


Did I post these? I can't even remember the last part of December any more! Well here is a bit from the sing-a-long as well as pajama day (just in case!) 
We are beginning Unit 4 already-Wow, time is going by quickly!
Second Grade Weekly Study Skills
Unit 4, Week 1 (A Froggy Fable)

Below are the skills and vocabulary we will be working on for the next 5 days.  (*Please note: our literacy lessons are based on 5-day plans that may or may not align with a M-F schedule. Unit 3 Review Week

This is a little photo of a "Meet the Masters" project that Mrs. Fisher was kind enough to do with our class. We certainly love art!
   We will not have a new unit in Reading Street this week, I will post the list of review spelling words tomorrow (I left them on my desk at school!)  But we will do a new math unit with double digit subtraction…hint-it's not borrowing anymore.

We are going to have a wonderful new year with lots of interesting things to learn! We will be jumping right in to double digit math and a new unit in Reading Street on the first day. I can't wait to see you all! (Bring your December Math homework in for your stickers, you will get a new one for January on Monday!)
